Support the external traffic team in driving go to market activities
Conduct competitor analysis on the offerings
Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential sellers for solutions adoption and optimisation
Manage seller enquiries for MS related products throughout the onboarding, adoption, and optimisation stages
Manage seller communications such as developing email pitches and templates
Support the team on ad hoc operational duties, including but not limited to updating weekly performance, assisting account managers, etc
Assist in process optimisation projects within internal and cross functional teams
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management (Marketing) or equivalent
Proficiency in excel and powerpoint are required, SQL and Python is a plus
Neat, organised, diligent and detail-oriented
Domain knowledge on Facebook, Google Ads and Affiliate Marketing is an advantage
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
Good presentation and writing skills
Adapt well in a dynamic environment
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
