About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Specialist (JLPT N2) for our HQ Finance team based in Taipei.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: All corporate and local, external and internal reporting, including but not limited to financial reporting, tax reporting, year-end packaging.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, (including consolidation of foreign subsidiaries.)
• Inter-company accounting & reporting – ensure properly accounted for, reported and eliminated.
• In charge of oversea subsidiaries’ accounting and relevant daily transaction booking
• Deal with annual audit requirement from CPA firm
• Ad Hoc tasks to support business

About you

[Essential]

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Degree in related field with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in similar function.
• Good computer literacy (Ms Office, Google Suite)
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, reliable
• Good communication skills and can work under pressure.
• Fluent English writing and speaking

[Nice to have]

• Experience in using Oracle system or ERP system implementation is a plus
• Fluency in an additional language e.g Japanese or Korean is plus
