The candidates’ primary responsibilities will be to support our clients CRM needs from a Dot Net server-side script

preferably or (PHP/ASP/JSP) and MySQL Database perspective. As we look to migrate our clients to one central 

platform, we will look for an individual that has experience in both a hosted environment and having knowledge in

cloud-based technologies is added advantage. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow with the company to 

support the needs of the business as it stands today as well as future state. The candidate will have good 

Communication Skills and high potential in learning & implementing the innovative technologies quickly

• Hands-on individual contributor role is responsible for producing excellent quality of code, adhering to 

expected coding standards and industry best practices

• High-level of ownership and commitment to deliverables
• Effective communication with SM team / Account team and stakeholders to probe a technical problem or 

clarify requirement specifications

• Participate in various projects and new initiatives; develop/ deploy and make suggestions as a technical 

resource involving Database and Server-Side script technologies, as well as performing duties such as 

documenting implemented solutions, deciphering program logic, and adhering to stringent change control 

processes

• The selected individual will be able to work independently or in a team setting, has an analytical mindset 

that will collaborate and share knowledge across teams

• Develop feature rich web application using PHP/ASP/JSP, MySQL, Linux Apache and write design 

specifications, programming specifications documentation

• Should understand the business requirement and design, develop high-volume user-facing applications with 

high availability and performance

• Extensive, demonstrable experience and expertise with developing database-driven web applications using 

PHP/ASP/JSP and MySQL in a Linux/Solaris environment

• Designs and develops workflow and database driven applications and Experience with implementing and 

maintaining web applications in a LAMP hosted environment

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with internal staff from across the 

organization and external consultants

Shift Timings: 

1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST

Eligibility / Qualification / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or equivalent

Required Skill Set: 

• 3 years or more experience working as an DotNet (PHP/ASP/JSP) page developer with MySQL in 

implementing business applications on real time projects

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in PHP/ASP/JSP, MySQL 

and/or LAMP stack

• Strong knowledge of PHP/ASP/JSP web frameworks
• Strong Knowledge of object-oriented PHP/ASP/JSP programming, MVC design patterns and MYSQL database

Good to have and/or added advantage:

• Exposure to other database technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Vertica
• Exposure to AWS technologies, specifically S3, Athena, EMR as well as overall architecture of a hybrid 

environment

• General understanding of CRM methodologies and customer relationship management
• Basic understanding of a programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala
