Job purpose/role

Do you have a passion for communication? Do you like to develop new ideas and formats, whether text, image or video? Then support us in the communications team at Allianz Investment Management SE (AIM SE). 

Our department is responsible for all types of global communication, both internal and external. Your most important task is to take care of our internal communication platform (Allianz Connect). In addition, we prepare internal events, support all internal communication activities and work closely with colleagues worldwide. Your creativity and ideas are strongly encouraged. Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day business of corporate communications 
  • Writing and editing English-language content (texts, graphics and videos) for mainly internal channels 
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of local and global events
  • Preparing internal communication material (writing, editing and proofreading texts), including for the global intranet 
  • Liaising with various departments and international project teams, especially with the executive office. 
  • Aligning communication material with key stakeholder groups. 
  • Support in internal migration project (Sharepoint). 

Key requirements / Skills / Experience

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (preferred) in communications, marketing, business, psychology or a related field for the entire duration of the position. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German. (Native speaker in one of the languages preferred). 
  • Interest in financial topics. 
  • Initial experience with content management systems is an advantage. 
  • Initial experience in video editing is an advantage. 
  • MS Office skills (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). 
  • Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills. 

Additional Information 

Starting date as soon as possible.

Interested in a working student position (16-20h/week) or an internship (38h) for 4 to 6 months.
