The Accounting Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting in managing accounting systems software, including but not limited to Laserfiche, and for providing support. The Accounting Systems Analyst reports to the Accounting Sr Systems Analyst. 

Job Duties: 

  • Administrator for Laserfiche, our Document Management System 
  • Manage Workflows for Laserfiche 
  • Point of contact for users of Laserfiche 
  • Act as liaison to our Laserfiche vendor 
  • Work on new projects, new technologies, and upgrades as it relates to Accounting, Legal, and Sponsorship 
  • Coordinate with Cowboys Technology to monitor the health of Accounting systems 
  • Handle first-level questions regarding Accounting systems 
  • Create queries to support Accounting and Sponsorship 
  • Create SSRS Reports and support existing SSRS Reports 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Experience with Laserfiche, Laserfiche Workflow, and Laserfiche Quick Fields 
  • Experience writing queries in SQL Server Management Studio 
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 
  • Experience with Visual Studio 
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software packages 
  • Background in software system support 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of detail 
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and assist and support team members when necessary
