Department Description
Our team is a central driver for operational tasks in Allianz Consulting and for supporting multiple topics in different OEs. We are looking for a motivated working student or intern, eager to support our Consultants on various topics in the area of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support of Consultants in daily project management tasks (depending on starting date and availability of projects)
- Project work, i.e. client communication, stakeholder management & content preparation
- Coordination, moderation & support of the practice area’s manager meeting (incl. scheduling & writing minutes)
- Contribution to the preparation of client presentations, pitches and product development
- Organization of (internal) meetings, practice area get-togethers, offsites, etc.
- Cross-functional work coordination with other teams within the department
Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an excellent academic record, or gap year student; as a Bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already
- Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Experienced using the MS Office package (advanced in PowerPoint and confident with Excel)
- First relevant working experience in a similar field (e. g. insurance or consulting)
- A hands-on mentality, a self-starter and ready to take responsibility for your own deliverables
- Motivated team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about developing new ideas and ready to face new challenges
- You can start from as soon as possible and are interested in an internship from 3 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
