Within Allianz Consulting, the Technology & Innovation (T&I) area is at the forefront of driving the transformation in the digital space for Allianz Group. Our consultants are working on major transformation programs within Allianz in different roles contributing and driving their successful implementation on a day-to-day basis.

As an Intern (m/f/d) in the T&I consulting team, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, in a diverse team, contributing significantly to a broad range of strategic projects working closely to senior management stakeholders in a management consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Actively support the growth of Allianz Consulting services conducting internal activities related to capability, sales & business development
• Own topics upon individual experiences and ambitions
• Participate in the design of a simple, harmonized and efficient IT to be prepared for the digitalization of one of the largest financial-services institutions
• Contribute actively to the strategy and development of the Service offering & packages part of Allianz Consulting Services
• Ideate new topics , Improve existing initiatives and keen Interest in learning & upskilling
• Drive topics/initiatives to completion by acting as the co-owner along with topic owners
• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality, able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial, Outgoing, strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Ability to interact with consultants/stakeholders at various levels, conceptual and outside the box thinking
• Inquisitiveness, Analytical and problem solving skilss
• Organizational talent with ability to work on multiple deliverables parallely
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Jira, Kanban and Agile methodology
• Experience with MS Office products especially MS PPT
• IT affinity and Basic knowledge of cloud preferably AWS/Azure
• Willingness to relocate or be based out of Munich for the internship period
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
