Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational tasks in day-to-day business, e.g. support and advice for student employees, contract preparation and onboarding
  • Collaboration on projects, working on special topics (e.g. Global Welcome Days, international offsite-meetings)
  • Assist in talent management topics
  • Support in recruiting (placement of job advertisements, screening of applicants, communication with applicants)
  • Assist with employee enquiries by telephone and in writing in German and English
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Other administrative support in the area of HR

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced studies (law, human resource management, psychology or similar subjects) 
  • First practical experience through previous internships / working student activities in HR
  • Independent working method and quick comprehension skills
  • High degree of reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
  • Service orientation and sociability
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High degree of responsibility and strong organisational skills
  • Very good MS-Office Knowledge
  • Business fluent in German (C2) and fluent in English (written and spoken, C1)
