Under the purview of the Chief Commercial Officer and the guidance of the Sr. Director, the Commercial Marketing & Development team supports the revenue driving business function (Los Angeles Rams Partnerships team) through brand development, strong positioning, and high-impact industry engagement. We are seeking an Associate Manager who will be part of a high-performing team to concept, develop, execute, and manage effective narratives and initiatives to breakthrough with brands / agencies, in an ever-increasingly crowded marketplace.

The individual should have an interest in combining research, industry trends, as well as input from cross-departmental partners to develop the most effective initiatives to reinforce LA Rams’ leadership position within the LA market, the NFL, and beyond. Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of LA Rams narrative across marketplace story, case studies, and new / relevant presentations
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams including, but not excluded to, Sales, Partner Marketing, Partner Strategy, Corporate Communications / PR, Data & Insights, Creative, and Partner Ops to execute effective business marketing campaigns and industry engagement events with flawless operational excellence
- Support the development and execution of department initiatives such as: Game Day Partner Hospitality, Partner Summit, VIP Game Day Reception, Partner Showcase, Offsites, Award Submissions, Event Sponsorships, etc. in partnership with Partnership Hospitality & Operations team
- Learn LA Rams’ brand voice & understand how it translates to our value as an advertising platform
- Manage ongoing updates for industry events calendar in effort to identify opportune moments for engagement
- Help develop and execute new multi-channel marketing campaigns and tools that align with business goals, such as newsletters email, one-sheets, website, webinars, and social
- Support content development process, including collaborating with subject matter experts, marketing colleagues, and Communications, to guide projects from conception through approvals
- Project manage creative asset development for campaigns to ensure on-time receipt of all deliverables
- Manage the development of competitive reports including industry trends
- Assist in the management and reporting of key department initiatives to understand and report on key success metrics & learnings
- Stay informed of industry changes and apply them to actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years sales marketing experience either from brand or agency
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience coordinating, executing, and managing events & budgets in coordination with 3rd party vendors & internal teams
- Experience collaborating with individuals of all levels, including C-Suite executives both internally & externally
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Effective and thoughtful written and oral communication skills
- Appreciation and drive to deliver operational excellence
- Desire to lead by example with commitment to supporting the team and organization
- High level of integrity with a hands-on, goals-oriented, solutions-oriented, and team-oriented approach; an excellent partner at all levels
- Positive, can-do attitude!
- Proficiency of key software tools: Microsoft Suite, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Keynote, etc. required
