Job Summary:

The Primary Purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:The Primary Purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:The primary functions of this position are to oversee the day-to-day business operations and finance needs for Advancement Office. Duties include, providing support for the Associate Dean and Development Officers with prospect management, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, documentation, complex travel arrangements, drafting correspondence and oversight of often confidential files. They organize and execute large internal and external meetings and events for alumni, donors, prospects and University leadership; and assist in the planning and implementation of all cultivation and stewardship activities. This position works with high-level donors and volunteers as the administrative liaison and coordinator for the Schoolâ??s foundation board, advisory council and alumni board meetings and activities. The position will also collect, analyze and summarize financial data for management review. perform analysis related to the Advancement Office operations including accounting, and financial reporting, track fundraising progress, department and campaign expenditures and other ad hoc project budgets. This position reports directly to the Associate Dean of Advancement and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Associate Dean for Finance and Business. They will serve on the Advancement leadership team; engage with the Associate Dean and other School leaders in discussions/decisions related to the overall direction of Advancement activities in the School. They will be a consummate trouble-shooter for operational and customer service-related functions and issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelorâ??s degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
