About the role
As a Contract Manager within Commercial Operations, you’ll be joining a team focused on working across multi-party terms/clauses as a commercial contract negotiator, gaining incremental business and resolving commercial disputes with favourable outcomes. Your key focus will be to optimise the contractual and commercial performance of Optus’ largest customer contracts, within Optus Enterprise.
You’ll be leading one or more Tier 1 customer contracts (high-value ICT and evolving customer-facing accounts; typically in Financial Services Industry or Federal Government depending on account size and complexity). Additionally, you’ll assist on major bids supporting the lead contract negotiator, legal and commercial team.

About you
In this role, you’ll pay a pivotal part in ensuring Group policies, ISO certified processes procedures, regulatory and applicable laws are in compliance. Therefore, you’ll bring to this role demonstrated previous experience in a same and/or similar position coupled with high level relationship skills and the ability to create/execute plans accordingly.
