Product Design Internship (Summer 2022)

As a paid Product Design Intern at Cedar, you can have an outsized impact on millions of patients who engage with our products. You will work with a diverse team of designers, user researchers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create scalable solutions for the biggest problems in healthcare. This internship program is open to everyone who wants to solve ambitious problems and develop their product design skills. Career switchers, welcome!

What you’ll do

• You’ll work closely with designers, user researchers, and engineers on collaborative projects, and ultimately features that will launch for millions of users. 
• You’ll own your own signature project, in which you will drive the end-to-end design process
• You'll be paired with design mentors who will guide you throughout the entirety of your internship. Their goal is to make sure that you have everything you need to succeed and learn.
• You’ll be exposed to the day-to-day of working on a cross functional product team at a high-growth technology company.
• You’ll be part of a team that places high value on design craft, user experience, and user research.
• You’ll learn how to give users a voice with user research, and how to balance business requirements and technical constraints with what the user needs.

• Experience with Figma and prototyping tools of your choice
