You as Senior Software Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy based Bangalore, you will be responsible for conducting and taking part in reviews, such as design, code and documentation

Your responsibilities

• Participating in requirement analysis
• Using standard design and test methodologies
• Writing module tests, and document test result
• Creating and updating automated tests-benches
• Providing inputs for end user documentation
• Working with communication protocols, IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC60870-5-103, Modbus

Your background

• BE in Electronics or Communication or Computer Science with 2 to 8 years of experience in software development would be an ideal fit.
• Hands on experience in C++ and development of embedded real-time systems
• Hands on experience in RTOS is required.
• Knowledge in Software Engineering and BSP
• Experience in industrial Communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP3, MODBUS, IEC60870-5-103
• Working in agile software development (SCRUM)
• Creation and estimations of PBIs, and create necessary task to get the PBI to “Done
• Taking part in assigned meetings with an open and transparent communication
• Proficiency in English, speaking and writing
