We are looking for a Contract Management Intern. In this role you will support Global Contract Management team in providing contract management services for Hitachi Energy Headquarter companies and all Common Shared Services Hub locations globally. It is a great opportunity for you to develop your contract management skills as well as having an opportunity to work in international environment, collaborate with CSS community, legal and tax experts as well as internal stakeholders across the globe.

Your responsibilities

• Perform data entry and data verification tasks
• Support the team in day-to-day responsibilities
• Providing assistance in maintaining a global contract database
• Administrative activities for Contract Management team
• Preparation of draft documents (contracts, proposals, etc.)

Your background

• You are a university student (preferable 3-4 year of law studies)
• You have a good understanding of law of obligations as well as commercial law
• You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail
• You have the ability to work with multiple documents at the same time
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• You have very good command of English
• Previous experience in working with contracts is a plus
