To support our team within our business unit Grid Integration, we are expanding our Finance and controlling team with an additional Production Controller for Power Conversion and e-mobility operations, located in Turgi, Switzerland. Your responsibilities

  • Work with production team to plan and manage production activities to optimize the utilization of assets and resources
  • Review production plans to identify and report potential risks and opportunities related to costs and revenues
  • Review production costs of executed projects and provide feedback to product management and tender teams
  • Support the resolution of production planning and control issues
  • Together with production manager, production planner and finance improve production planning processes and productivity
  • Provide analysis of production cost centers costs, recoveries as well as assets and resources utilization
  • Support in production costs controlling while maintaining the quality standards
  • Together with production management and supply chain review the inventory levels and production planning to assure optimal level of inventory, timely purchasing of critical / long lead items and optimized production flow
  • Provide finance interface between production, project management and project controlling to assure that revenue and costs forecast, and actions are aligned

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / business administration
  • Proven working experience in finance that works closely with production or/and supply chain
  • Experience in project business or as project controller will be a plus
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, German will be an advantage
  • Excellent skills in Excel and a good understanding of SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills and structured way of working
  • Proactive and self-driven personality with a high degree of integrity and ethics
  • Team player with interest in continuous process improvements with a “Can do” and problem-solving attitude
