As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in the development of our business as we transition from a thriving startup to a major player in the 3PL space. Initially, you will leverage your sales acumen and expertise to develop potential customers and strategically land new business.

This is a unique opportunity to further develop your sales experience and contribute to the culture of a competitive, forward-thinking organization. We are looking for someone to come in hungry, set the tone, and get results.

Essential Functions:

  • Learn the business in our training program, designed to get you ramped up quickly & effectively.
  • Prospect new clients and build a book of business with an emphasis on mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide strategic pricing.
  • Effectively communicate Arrive’s strategy and value over the phone, in person, and virtually
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all related accounts.
  • Expand wallet share with active clients.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and drive long term relationships
  • Report to a sales manager and collaborate with the entire sales team.
  • Bring a growth-oriented, win-the-day attitude to the sales floor.
  • Become an expert in selling dedicated capacity, our business model and competitive advantages, and proprietary software. 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a B2B role.
  • Prior sales and operations experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to price business and negotiate strategically.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Obsessed with customer service and adding value whenever possible
