Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products, is renowned worldwide as a specialist for power transmission and distribution. The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS), including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements. As a Sales Excellence Manager you establish and maintain a pricing and culture in Sales focusing on Customer & Quality and creating transparency to monitor progress for Hitachi Energy Switzerland High Voltage Service. You are working closely together with other functions and stakeholders in our Product Service Center (PSC). With your drive and ownership, you improve upon and standardize our Sales tools to support our vast service portfolio.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for standardizing offering and pricing
  • Conceptualizing, standardizing and implementing our pricing strategy
  • 2nd Level Support and further development of Business Online (BOL) our E-Commerce platform
  • Implementation and development of Sales tools (BOL, SFDC, Powershop)
  • Implementation and development of Sales KPI Dashboards
  • Presentations and training of pricing and tools
  • Professional support of customers, taking and processing customer needs by feedback
  • Active participation in internal process improvement projects

Your background

  • Higher education with commercial and/or technical/IT focus (University, FH, TS or similar)
  • 2-year experience in driving Sales, IT or Business projects and improvements
  • Team player with good conceptual, communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Drive and persistence combined with strong skills in indirect leadership
  • Good knowledge in SAP, MS Office, e-commerce exposure is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), further languages like German are a plus
