The Global Mobility function supports the management of employee movement across the globe. As a member of the Global Mobility, you will be responsible for delivering support to the Global Mobility, HR, employees and stakeholders. You will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Delivering support to the Global Mobility, HR community, employees and stakeholders.
• Invoice handling: Review draft invoices, monitor and follow up, and whenever required, ad hoc investigations.
• Coordination of Compensation collection from Payrolls.
• Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.

Your background

• You are a university student
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
• You should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures
• You have strong numeric and analytic skills
• You have intermediate level skills in Excel
