Your responsibilities

  • Industry focus- transportation, infrastructure, and renewable energy
  • Customer engagement- identifies customers, leads or contributes to identification and acquisition opportunities to expand into industry and infrastructure; collaborates with all related sales contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the sales strategy; loves people
  • Marketing- participates in planning and implementation of customer events, attend industry relevant events to generate new leads
  • Communications- an effective communicator, comfortable in personal one-on-one and group engagement, experience in presentation development and delivery
  • Technical- since business is developed through the engineers and executive engagement at industry and infrastructure, there is needed a technical acumen
  • Performance- driven to succeed through the attainment of targets- order budgets, growth, account and industry penetration, Net Promoter Score

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree, a MBA a plus
  • Experience in electrical industry with proven success in ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels of discussion.
  • Hands on experience over entire business cycle of winning, implementing, and delivering orders in the area of substation protection and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
