1. Lead new product introduction (NPI) and localization projects in AT value stream. Act as a bridge between R&D and manufacturing, coordinate all tasks related to manufacturing in a new product project to ensure the achievement of defined quality, cost and delivery targets of the project.
2. Conduct DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) analysis for a new product acc. to relevant standards, and drive product design optimization based on the deviations.
3. Be responsible for process development for a new/upgraded product, incl. defines process flow, develop process-FMEA & control plan, prepare working instruction. Develop / select the fixtures and tools.
4. Introduce new machine and equipment and make manufacturing programs according to process requirement.
5. Conduct machine and process capability study to prove the effectiveness and stability of the newly developed processes.
6. Lead the problem-solving process for major issues or improvement projects related to manufacturing process, which has contribution to safety, quality and work efficiency improvement.
7. Proactively promote innovation of process, techniques, machine and equipment to maintain the competitiveness of our product.
1. 负责主导组装技术价值流新产品导入和制造本地化项目并作为研发和制造之间的桥梁，协调生产制造相关的各项工作任务，旨在确保质量、成本和交付等项目目标的顺利达成；
2. 根据相关标准执行新产品的可制造性评估，并依据评估过程中发现的偏差推动研发设计人员优化产品设计；
3. 负责新产品/升级产品的工艺开发，包括定义工艺流程、开发过程-失效模式与影响分析和控制计划，准备操作指导书，以及工装夹具、工具的选型和开发；
4. 新机器设备的选型及导入，根据工艺要求编制加工程序；
5. 执行机器和过程能力验证，旨在确保新开发的生产制造过程的有效性和稳定性；
6. 主导解决制造工艺相关的重大问题或改善项目，持续推动安全改善，产品质量优化，提高生产效率；
7. 积极推动生产制造工艺、方法以及机器设备的创新，以保持我们产品的竞争力；
1. BA degree or above, majored in mechanical design and manufacturing field.
2. Fluent English both in speaking and in writing.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process engineering. Worked in the machine tool assembly or mechanical engineer are preferred.
4. Familiar with mechanical design drawings, understand the processing and assembly requirements in the drawings.
5. Familiar with product development process (e.g., PEP), new product introduction process. Has a good command of P-FMEA, CP, 7-basic tools of QC, problem-solving methods (e.g. 6Sigma, 8D, PSS).
6. Fast learner, good project management skill, communication, and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.

2. 流利的英语口语及书写能力。
3. 最少具备3年以上工艺工程相关工作经验，从事过机床装配行业或机械工程师岗位者优先。
4. 熟悉机械设计图纸，理解图纸中的加工及装配要求。
5. 熟悉产品开发流程（如PEP）、新产品导入流程等；熟练掌握P-FMEA，QC七大手法、问题解决方法（如六西格玛、8D、PSS）等。
6. 学习能力强，良好的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力。具备较强的责任感和创新意识。
