Our Mission is to be the governance body for security and resilience for Allianz Technology SE

We do:

• Integrated Risk, Information Security and Business Continuity Management
• Creating and steering Security & Resilience communication strategy
• Design principles and IT Security & Resilience capabilities on architectural level
• Manage Risk Assurance process throughout product lifecycle of our service portfolio

What we are looking for various juniors to staff several positions within our team:

• Communication: helping us to communicate what we have done, what we do and what are doing and going to do
• Security: supporting project leads and subject matter experts making our IT landscape more secure
• Resilience: supporting safeguarding employees and business critical processes against disruptive events
• Reporting: collecting and aggregating KPI from several sources of truth and report it (top) management

Key Responsibilities

• Work together with team members and clients on current projects and activities
• Deliver added value by conducting relevant research and present them on management level
• Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure that effective measures are in place
• support projects of varying levels of complexity based on existing methods, processes, and tools
• Work closely with information security and risk officers to develop and implement security awareness measures within the organization

Key Requirements

• You are in an advanced stage of your studies and you are fluent in English ( German is an advantage)
• Profound knowledge of MS Office (O365)
• General understanding of IT technology and processes, as well as an advanced understanding of information security & resilience processes and principles
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner
• A team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
