YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics
- Hands-on experience with optimization models, heuristics, meta-heuristics
- Hands-on experience with COTS optimization software such as Gurobi, Cplex, etc.
- Familiar with simulation techniques such as discrete event simulation, real time simulation, etc.
- Having a curious mind and love to ask (and answer) "impossible" questions
- Conduct projects end-to-end from early stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in Python/Pandas and SQL is a must
- Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis expressing data driven thinking skill
- Develop custom simulations, and algorithms/heuristics to apply to real time scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with local delivery services and/or e-commerce is a big plus
- Nice to have: experience working on modelling techniques and advanced applied skills such as significance testing, regression, and classification using Python.

- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Synthesize methodology and data into actionable business strategy and communicate findings to engineering and management teams as driving business impact
