The Job
As part of the Group Talent Management team, you will work closely with the business stakeholders and HR Business Partners in the development of high potential talents within the Group.
Responsibilities
- Independently design, plan and execute Talent Management initiatives and programmes, including individual, skills-based and leadership developmental training
- Build, engage and sustain strong working relationships with tertiary institutions, external organisations and internal stakeholders to build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Take on project management responsibilities in the review and design of talent management systems and programmes, including scanning of best practices for adaptation to company context
- Explore innovative strategies which drive talent attraction, sourcing and enhancement to the talent experience
- Establish ways to measure the total effectiveness of talents’ learning and development programs through careful monitoring and reporting of training data and statistics. Focus on analysing this information to build and design further programs to bridge the identified gaps
- Any other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 2 years of experience in Talent Management role.
- Incumbents with consultancy background would be preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering talent solutions in a complex and global environment
- Good data analytics and project management skills
- Highly adaptable, meticulous and resourceful
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools preferred
