Report functionally to Head of Marketing and Operation, SEA and administratively to Country Manager of Singapore, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing operations in the Singapore market.
This role is responsible for creating country strategies and marketing plans to support regional business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics.
Ultimately responsible for Singapore’s marketing KPIs.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing activity system to support merchant and user acquisition, revenue and retention.
In addition to overall marketing management responsibility for the market, you will manage several key accounts across different categories in Singapore, responsible for the daily account management matters and the business results of these accounts.
Potential to assume leadership of the Singapore marketing team.
Job requirements
University Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years’ experience in marketing and operations in a consumer facing online and offline retail/services industry. MBAs preferred.
Highly analytical, strategic, flexible and adaptive.
Strategic and hands-on.
Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent Excel and PPT capabilities
Mandatory: Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as this person will be required to perform copy-writing of Mandarin contents.
