Responsibilities

  • Support Group Admin team on day to day office administration duties and scope
  • Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders for procurement of office / admin related purchases
  • Support PO raising and invoice processing
  • Support logistics relating to staff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments, etc..) and staff exits / moves of departments / transfers of staff.
  • Assist in room/visitor bookings/copiers and system generated reports for trending and monitoring, etc.
  • Assist in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and documentation for legal compliance and SOPs for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
  • Assist in handling Concierge hotline and as back-up cover for reception duties.
  • Support budgeting process
  • Collation of reports and analysis of trends
  • Involve in department initiatives in line with overall corporate direction towards digital/digitalization transformation.
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma holder or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Office Admin environment
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to communicate with the team
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and strong follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage
