The Job

CapitaLand Investment (CLI) is currently seeking an experienced Head of Global Account Management to join and lead the Account Management team for Data Centre (DC) to support current and new customers globally.

The individual will develop strong relationships with top-tier global customers and generate meaningful sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top-tier global customers as key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
• Discover opportunities to serve customers’ expansion plan across multiple markets through understanding customers’ requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
• Acquire Data Centre industry insights and identify key activities to keep abreast of the Data Centre landscape

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in key account management in the DC industry is preferred
• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Deep understanding of customer/industry climate and key activities in DC field
• Knowledgeable in Data Centre co-location services, solutions, and technical acumen
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Ability to lead and coach junior team members in Account Management.
