1. Together with PSM CFOs, manage financial performance and business
1.1 Assist preparation on financial & operation budgets for annual planning and monitoring
1.2 Analyze financial performance of business units regularly
1.3 Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps
1.4 Provide strategic business analysis & control (e.g. costing and pricing) as required
1.5 Review investments, major disposals and major projects (If any)
2. Assist Financial Controller to lead strategic management reporting process for the business unit (“BU”)
2.1 Analyze consolidated management reports for entire BU
2.2 Assist root-cause analyses for variances across BU
2.3 Provide analytical support to PSM CFOs and drive improvement initiatives & opportunities.
3. Work with Head of Process Excellence to lead & manage system & procedure function in focusing on
3.1 Provide improvement of system & procedure on project basis
3.2 Provide input to IT and initiative owners on potential control risks and areas for improvement.
