Probity operations are at the heart of the employee due diligence process for the Group. We provide critical operational support, enabling Candidates and Hiring Managers to effectively screen candidates and employees to ensure obligations to our regulators are met.

This role is a 5 month contract.

Do work that matters:

As a Documentation Analyst, your role is pivotal in supporting the execution of the end to end recruitment process. You will work with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the team to document a highly complex and manual process.

  • Gathering workflows and processes from stakeholders across the business, to develop detailed process mapping of end-to-end business processes
  • Identify repeatable business processes and standardise them so that they can be readily and repeatedly followed
  • Develop a standardised suite of process and procedural documentation that will include but not limited to process definition and documentation, work instructions, and policy documents, including any required supplementary supporting documents or forms
  • Checking all documents for completeness, effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use
  • Testing of new processes and system functionality, to ensure smooth implementation with minimal impact to the business
  • Document all the current state processes, governance, controls, monitoring and reporting as well as computer systems, review with stakeholders and achieve sign-off.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Developed documentation and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • You will have collaborated with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels
  • You will have a track record of continuous improvement
  • Facilitation and knowledge elicitation skills
  • Prior experience creating a suite of standardised instructional and process documents is essential.
  • Prior Technical Writing experience is advantageous.
