About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our high-performing Digital team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Owners and agile delivery teams to bring meaningful digital experiences to life. You’ll be responsible for uncovering business needs, analysing requirements, and translating these into clear, actionable deliverables that guide development and design.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital banking platforms, contributing to high-impact initiatives that support small and medium businesses across Australia.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate directly with Product Owners and delivery teams to define business goals and product outcomes
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders across the business
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, user journey maps, and diagrams
  • Align analysis efforts to agile delivery roadmaps and project priorities
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in processes, systems, and user experience

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale digital or banking programs
  • Previous experience working within major Australian banks is essential
  • Strong track record delivering digital solutions in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
