KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

The Einstein Analytics(Tableau CRM) Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering numerous dashboards for various areas of Sales/Service/Marketing etc..

The analyst will maintain in-depth knowledge of the tool and all the new features as they become available.

Must Have Skills

Hands on experience with Einstein Analytics.
Proficiency in defining intuitive, insightful, actionable, and compelling Einstein Analytics dashboards.
Must have hands on experience on handling security predicates of datasets
Good exposure on ETL tools provided by Einstein Analytics dataflow editor, recipes.
Working knowledge of data modeling and data design.
Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certificate
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in implementing Einstein Analytics related projects.
Total 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce CRM OR Analytics related technologies

Good to have

Experience or knowledge in Einstein Discovery.
Good hands on exposure to SAQL, Data Bindings, Performance Considerations etc.
Good work experience in developing complex integrations in Einstein using OOB connectors or other integration methodologies.
Basic understanding of Salesforce.com at least Admin level knowledge
Analytics like PowerBi OR other reporting tools.
Experience with statistical tools like R and language like Python.

Controlling, testing and managing diagnostics

Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
Ensure quality and consistency.
Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or bug.
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
