Senior Salesforce Einstein Analytics Developer

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

The Einstein Analytics(Tableau CRM) Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering numerous dashboards for various areas of Sales/Service/Marketing etc..

The Senior Developer will be the "dashboard guru" and act as a go to person for all dashboarding questions.

The analyst will maintain in-depth knowledge of the tool and all the new features as they become available.

The analyst is also responsible for doing analysis on large sets of data and provide results/findings to the business owners or management team.

Must Have Skills

• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Einstein Analytics.
• Proficiency in defining intuitive, insightful, actionable, and compelling Einstein Analytics dashboards.
• Must have hands on experience on handling security predicates of datasets
• Good exposure on ETL tools provided by Einstein Analytics dataflow editor, recipes.
• Good hands on exposure to SAQL, Data Bindings, Performance Considerations etc.
• Good work experience in developing complex integrations in Einstein using OOB connectors or other integration methodologies.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and data design.
• Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certificate
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in implementing Einstein Analytics related projects.
• Total 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CRM OR Analytics related technologies

Good to have

• Experience or knowledge in Einstein Discovery
• Basic understanding of Salesforce.com at least Admin level knowledge
• Analytics like PowerBi OR other reporting tools.
• Experience with statistical tools like R and language like Python.

Controlling, testing and managing diagnostics

• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Ensure quality and consistency.
• Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or bug.
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’

Other Desired Skills

• Experience in product-based development of application.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities are required
• Team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
