Performance Marketing Lead Role

Hive is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be working closely with our business and design teams to define and execute on data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for setting campaign goals, developing and executing on go-to-market strategies, and driving ongoing campaign optimization through analysis and iteration. You will work on strategic initiatives, but also be involved in day-to-day activities, making key decisions on website design, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and more. Our ideal candidate is driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment. They are willing to do anything needed to propel the Hive brand forward. A passion for startup culture and AI is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own entire lifecycle of all marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-to-day management, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization
• Partner cross-functionally to develop data driven digital marketing strategies
• Manage and improve performance in organic and paid search, including design and implementation of SEO and SEM optimization tactics
• Collaborate with design and editorial teams to produce high quality content
• Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive ongoing campaign optimization
• Measure and report key findings from campaigns to help inform short and long-term marketing efforts
• Lead day-to-day relationship with external agency partners

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a well-known 4-year university.
• You have 3+ years relevant experience in performance marketing (e.g., data-driven digital marketing, content marketing) at a B2B company, ideally in a tech startup
• You possess strong marketing skills such as copywriting, branding, SEO, and SEM
• You have experience with Google Analytics / AdWords, and ideally are familiar with other tools such as SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• You are energetic, resourceful, and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
