Job Descriptions:
Drive internal communications at all levels by effectively communicating complex issues/ideas in Mandarin, establish cross-border relationships with our operating team (primarily based in Hangzhou, China)
Collaborate with China HQ product, technology, business and US content operations, business and external partners to drive supply chain product adoption, process improvement in a cross functional capacity with a committed focus on delivering strategically-significant results
Communicate product and business updates for the China-based sales team and adapt targeting strategies accordingly
Develop supply chain sales training strategies with the China-based sales team
Support process and product designs to help enhance on and off platform customer experience, deliver supply chain value propositions in an optimized approach
Support translations and interpretations related to supply chain initiatives
Support day-to-day supply chain operations, define and own critical metrics
Job requirements
2-4 years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations or consulting experience required, preferably in e-commerce
Strong business acumen. Demonstrated experience with ecommerce operations or supply chain process improvement in a cross functional capacity
Fluent-Native Mandarin skills required, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Demonstrated success in executions of e-commerce supply chain initiatives (freight shipping, fulfillment integrations etc.)
Knowledge and passion for operations topics including manufacturing, supply chain management, process improvement, and/or service-oriented operations preferred
Knowledge or experience in using e-commerce CRM tools, ERP systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Operations discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
Travel to Hangzhou China may be required (3-4 trips/year).
