岗位职责:负责菜鸟在列日及欧洲相关国家城市的仓储设施与服务的市场推广工作,根据行业和市场的情况来制定公司的市场推广计划与策略, 保证市场推广效果的实现。
主要工作内容
1、 制定市场推广计划,策略和相关资料,安排和执行商务推广活动,为物业设计,设备投资,和产品服务设计提供及时输入;
2、 负责与合作伙伴的关系建立、巩固与维系;
3、 按照需要制定合同,并与商业客户签订合同,支持公司经营目标的实现;
4、 组织收集、分析并ountry定期汇报行业商情情报。
工作地点可以灵活,在比利时或者临近西欧国家。
Country /Regional Property Leasing Manager – Liege
Responsibilities: Responsible of the marketing of Cainiao cargo or warehouse facilities and services in Belgium Liege and west europe in future. formulate the company's marketing plans and strategies in relation to industry and market conditions, and ensure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. .
1) Develop marketing plans, strategies and related materials, arrange and execute business promotion activities, and provide timely input on property design, required equipment investments, and, products and services development;
2) Establish, consolidate, and maintain working relationships with business partners;
3) Develop commercial contracts (whenever required), and secure contractual commitments from customers in support of company's overall business objectives;
4) Organize the collection, analysis and regular reporting of industry intelligence information.
WORKING LOCATION in Belgium or flexible.
Job requirements

Background requirements:
1) Familiar with warehousing market ecosystem and related businesses in Europe Belgium,or target country .
2) Planning, implementation, and management of logistics facilities, and marketing of its services.
Target candidates:
1) The candidate is either an individual or part of a team that has strong background and experience in the marketing of existing large-scale logistics complexes. The candidate with experience in the marketing of newly constructed facilities will have an added advantage.
2) The candidate must possess sales experience accumulated from working at established logistics real-estate brokerage companies. The candidate's previous companies should have demonstrated outstanding performances and secured extensive contractual commitments. The candidate must also be able to understand the customers' needs, familiar with contract logistics real estate market in Belgium or Europe and have marketing experience.
