海外项目物业运营专家-列日
职位描述：
1、协助主管，负责菜鸟海外物流园区及航空枢纽货站物业管理的规则制定与考核工作；
2、对物业公司进行日常的管理与考核，并对考核标准进行修订；
3、定期检查物业工作结果，对物业公司的日常运营提出建议和改进方案，对现场物业管理的结果负责；
4、对接菜鸟海外物流园区客户，负责收款、维修、投诉等客户需求的对接，满足园区客户需求；
5、制定预算，并保证运营管理成本最优化；
6、负责对接海外政府关系a维护，保障菜鸟海外物流园区运营正常，及协助支持招商。

Location : Belgium
Job description:
1. Assist the supervisor, and be responsible for the formulation and assessment of the rules of property management of overseas logistics parks and E-Hub in Liege of Cai Niao;
2. Carry out daily management and assessment of the property management company, and revise the assessment standards;
3. Regularly check the results of property management work, put forward suggestions and improvement plans for the daily operation of the property company, and be responsible for the results of on-site property management;
4. Dock Cai Niao customers of overseas logistics parks and E-Hub , and be responsible for the docking of customers' needs such as collection, maintenance and complaints to meet the demands of customers in the parks;
5. Make budgets and ensure the optimization of operation and management costs;
6. Responsible for maintaining the relationship between overseas governments, ensuring the normal operation of overseas logistics parks in Cai Niao, and assisting in supporting investment promotion.
Job requirements
职位要求：
1、英语法语流利，会中文优先。
2、物业管理经验5年以上经验，必须有工业园区、物流园区、大型商业的物业服务经验，大型物业公司管理岗位。
3、本科学历以上；
4、要为人乐观积极，有担当，良好沟通能力和承压能力。
5、能接受长期外派及出差；
Job requirements:
1. Fluent English and French as working language , speaking mandarins will be plus;
2. More than 5 years of experience in property management, must have experience in property service in industrial park, logistics park and large business, as well as management positions in large property companies.
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Be optimistic and positive, responsible, and have good communication and pressure-bearing abilities.
5. Able to accept long-term assignment and business trip in Europe or related country.
