Job Description
1. Responsible for the interaction design for the international users.
2. Need to highly involve in product planning, detail design, design guidelines creation and mentoring team members.
3. Expert in user experience design from user’s requirement analysis, through information architecture, wireframes, user flow, behavioral design and prototype to implementation for a variety of App/Web products.
4. Having sophisticated experience in conducting agile design research, including needs finding research, conceptual validation, usability testing, data monitor etc. Passionate and skillful for translating research findings into tangible designs
5. Participate in creating, maintaining and applying design guideline and templates.
6. Capable to influence the product direction and team decision based on your design and research.

1、负责蚂蚁国际平台产品和行业产品（PC&无线）的交互设计；
2、参与产品的规划构思，提出产品的核心设计原则，指导设计；
3、根据产品需求，能分析出用户的核心需求和用户目标，并完成信息架构、设计流程及原型；
4、熟悉用户需求分析方法，掌握可用性相关知识，能对产品进行可用性测试和分析，并提出改进方案。参与对交互设计规范的维护、更新、实施
5、能够结合用户行为数据和对应性的用户研究，发起并推动产品体验优化；
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in interaction design, industrial design, computer science, psychology, human factor or equivalent education or experience.
2. 3+ years of interaction design experience in Internet products or financial products.
3. Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration skill and ability to make compelling and clear design presentations for varied audiences
4. Having a keen eye on the design trends, front-edge technologies and designs.
5. Fluent English communication skill is required. Living or working aboard experience will be preferred.
1、人机工程、心理学、工业设计、计算机等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、有3年以上互联网或金融属性产品交互工作经验，熟悉用户体验设计流程，能独立owner项目的整个设计过程，并有成功案例；
3、极强的逻辑思维及分析能力，具备优秀的表达和沟通力。有丰富的跨团队工作经验；
4、敏锐的设计思维，能够洞察到当前体验设计的发展趋势，关注最新的技术和设计动态；
5、优秀的英语沟通能力是必须的。有国外工作生活经验者优先考虑
