1. Responsible for researching on overseas markets and products, help business team to explore new opportunities and have better understanding of new markets.

3. By using user data and our product status, user researchers should have the capabilities to organize research schedules and carry out it orderly which could contribute to business decision making as well as improve user experience.
4. Strong communication skills, clear rational thinking patterns, ability of cross team working and ability of cross region working are necessary. You are required to deliver research results to business team and drive it down to the earth, meanwhile improve the effectiveness and influences of user research works in our team.
5. Learn from the practice and able to systemize research methods and initiate the researching capacity of overseas teams.
1. 主要负责蚂蚁金服开拓海外地区/国家的新市场和新产品的研究工作。
2. 工作内容覆盖UCD设计流程中全链路的用户研究,含:新市场业务前期从社会/文化/宗教/经济等深入挖掘新产品机会点和识别目标用户群体;在产品设计阶段进行功能概念测试和可用性测试优化产品体验;在产品上线后通过用户行为数据分析发现产品中的问题确定优化点。
3. 通过用户研究及数据分析工作,能根据产品状态、进展、方向及需求,有节奏的规划该业务的研究计划并有序实施,帮助业务决策或移动产品用户体验提升。
4. 较强的沟通表达能力,做事思路清晰,能够清晰的将研究结论传达给需求方,具备跨团队、跨地域的沟通协作能力,能主动推进用户研究成果的转化落地,在公司内提升用户研究工作的有效性和影响力。
5. 能总结和系统化研究方法,培训海外团队具备基础的研究能力。
Job requirements
1. Studied in relevant projects of Psychology、Sociology、Interaction Design etc. 5 years above researching experiences (Internet industry researching experience is preferred)
2. Fluent English communication skills and overseas user research background is preferred.
3. Familiar with SQL, SPSS or Excel for working on data analysis.
4. Understand various research methods (Qualitative and Quantitative), able to work on user research independently: observation, interview, questionnaires, and on-site research.
5. Passionate and optimistic, love to learn and summarize from practice, willing to share.
6. Be passionate with user research works, interested in data and have the ability of analyzing, able to work under high pressure, willing to travel overseas frequently.
7. Team management experience is necessary
1. 心理学、社会学、设计、人机交互等专业背景,5年以上用户研究经验,有互联网及移动互联网研究经验。
2. 流利的英语沟通能力,有丰富的海外用户研究的经验。
3. 熟练使用SPSS、Excel等工具进行数据库管理和数据分析。具备一定SQL语言能力。
4. 熟练掌握多种用户研究方法,能独立负责用户观察、深度访谈、焦点小组、定量问卷撰写与调研等工作;能独立进行科学、严谨的实验设计并实施。
5. 主动乐观、善于学习总结,并乐于分享。
6. 倾心于设计与用户研究,敏锐的数据判断和分析能力,能承受高强度工作压力,能接受海外出差。
