Job Description
1. Oversee warehousing activities in receiving, storaging, sorting, and dispatching; measure and report the effectiveness and employees performance of warehousing partners
2. Work with customs authority to setup/maintain customs process in TS90 warehouse, ensure compliance with customs in&out-bound process, coordinate customs inspection, be the go-to person of customs related issue
3. Ensure B2B inbound and B2C outbound inventory accuracy; maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
4. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
5. Coordinate activities with other teams in the Supply Chain
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain or related field preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
3. Strong working knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and customs process management
4.Ability to solve problems in a demanding and fast-paced environment
5.Strong organizational skills, Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
6.Ability and desire to thrive in a high-pressure entrepreneurial environment, willing to get hands dirty
7.Fluent in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
