1. 借助有效的调研方法,识别来自多元行业的潜在学习需求,整合资源完成培训方案,达成商业目标
2. 发起新项目并带领话题专家开发培训产品
3. 根据客户需求提供培训方案及资源
4. 根据业务需求协助讲师完成培训项目交付
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify prospective learning needs from a wide range of industries using effective research methods, integrate resources to deliver training proposal and achieve business target
2. Initiate new projects and lead topic experts to develop training products
3. Provide learning solutions and arrange training resources per customer needs
4. Conduct training programs as facilitator to support lecturers regularly per business needs

Experience and qualifications:
2+ years of experience in learning & development
Proven track record of identifying key strategic concerns of customers quickly
Strong knowledge of international payment platform, e-Commerce platform preferred
Overseas working/learning experience preferred
Working language proficiency in English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be a plus
Ability to work well in a fast-changed environment, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
Ability to travel abroad per required frequency
