Responsibilities

  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Develop and execute territory / account plans that enable you to exceed quota
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, qualification, and deal advancement
  • Manage a sales cycle which clearly addresses customer priorities, demonstrates Onshape differentiators, and overcomes objections
  • Effectively navigate prospect organizations to build support for change
  • Work effectively with sales development, sales engineering, and customer success
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity, customer, pipeline and forecast data in our Salesforce.com CRM system
  • Evangelize the Onshape vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, trade shows, and executive presentations

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • 7+ years of quota carrying, new Enterprise business experience in CAD and/or SaaS
  • Mechanical Engineering and CAD experience preferred
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor or University Degree
