About this opportunity

This position plays a key support role within the Americas FP&A team. This individual is responsible for various volume, revenue and ASP reporting and analyses including but not limited to daily/weekly volume reporting, budget vs. actual variance analyses, management reporting and ad-hoc projects. This role will also support the month-end close, quarter-end close, forecasting, annual planning as it relates to volume and revenue. This position will also perform financial modeling of proposed Align commercial initiatives to understand their impact on future revenue and cost. This role will work closely with Corporate FP&A and Revenue Accounting teams and will develop strong relationships with all assigned business partners while maintaining an objective mind in evaluating performance.

In this role, you will…

• Prepare annual/quarterly revenue and volume forecast
• Prepare and consolidate month-end close volume, revenue and ASP reporting and perform variance analyses
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive results & business performance
• Develop ROI models for sales, pricing and investment projects as part of a cross-functional team to support strategic growth initiatives
• Provide reporting and analytics to measure business performance and prepare presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with business partners to execute on new business initiatives, using data and critical thinking to inform decision making
• Ensure all inputs/assumptions are clearly documented and deadlines are effectively met

Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned

In this role, you’ll need …

• 4+ years of relevant Finance experience; preferably revenue and volume
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills required 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver, detailed oriented and strong analytical skills, especially dealing with large volumes of data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
