Would you like to be part of an international agile DevOps team providing global solutions in Service Management? You will lead initiatives to develop and support new tools and automate/augment functionality of off-the-shelf products such as ServiceNow to remove any friction for IT and employees to collaborate, connect, communicate effectively.
You will leverage your programming skills to build applications, develop/configure workflows and create integrations that offer self-service and proactive solutions to our users. These solutions will make it easier to contact IT for help/service or even eliminate the need to contact IT.
Design, Develop, and Test Solutions primarily on the ServiceNow platform, using Java, JavaScript, Google APIs, AWS services, user-facing (HTML5/CSS3), JSON, XML, REST API.
Collaborate with various organizations internally to understand their needs in developing solutions.
Work directly with users to address user incidents and service requests for Service Management tools.
Work within expected SLA’s to deliver timely and high-quality service to end-users.
Mentor and provide guidance and direction to other team members on design and development of solutions.
