RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in creating and managing content for weekly marketing meetings
  • Assist in drafting promotional and editorial copy
  • Conduct research and provide reports on media partners, Designated Marketing Areas and artist/music genres to help develop targeted marketing plans
  • Assist with preparing ad packs and code invoices for show settlement
  • Interact with venue guests at select onsite events and concerts
  • Assist in maintaining and updating in-venue marketing collateral
  • Assist in onsite data collection initiatives
  • Assist in creative trafficking to vendors and cataloging creative assets
  • Special projects as assigned to support marketing department initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Must be eligible for school credit (able to supply a letter from sponsor/administrator upon request)
  • Majoring in business, marketing, communication or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have an avid interest in music, knowledgeable about artists and genres, and an overall interest in learning about the music industry
  • Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
  • Knowledge of social media sites and tools, and an active participant in social networking
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
