Your Role

Your role with be within the client facing technologies engineering team, focused on building best-in-breed experiences to help our firm meet and exceed growing client needs. You will play a key role in a dynamic team of talented developers building AQR’s next generation client technologies and experiences. This role will involve heavy interaction with business users across the firm, giving you unique insight into the full lifecycle of client onboarding and beyond at one of the world’s leading alternative investment management firms. You will collaborate heavily with key engineering teams to ensure that this new platform is high-quality, scalable, and maintainable. This project is a major technological initiative for the firm, so you will be in a highly-visible and impactful role from day one. 

What You’ll Bring

• Full stack experience on Angular, with C# and SQL
• Experience in design and development of enterprise level client facing applications using SOA/Microservices, events
• Experience in Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and REST services.
• Experience in cloud development (AWS preferred), PaaS an advantage
• Understanding design patterns and coding best practices, unit testing and Continuous integration/Continuous deployment
• 6+ years of application software development experience
• Strong C# programming skills
• Experience with database development/SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
