Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is looking for a Munitions Program Manager 3 to lead a high visibility, technology critical program where technical excellence meets people focused leadership. This position is required to be full-time, on-site in the Plymouth, MN location. No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position. Applicants must have the ability to obtain a US Government Secret security clearance.
The Munitions Program Manager 3 will be responsible for delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to develop further opportunities. This role requires deep technical expertise in munitions, proven program management acumen, and the ability to operate within a secure, classified environment. Success hinges on building deep, trusted relationships with customers, nurturing high performing cross functional teams, and unlocking new business opportunities. Reporting to the Program Director, you will guide multiple programs across the business unit pipeline from proposal through close out.

Primary Level Salary Range: $184,300.00 - $276,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
