Work Environment
The work environment is a fairly clean production facility focused on plastic parts. Employees work with CNC routers, overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, lasers, and other power tools as part of daily operations. The role is available on two primary shifts: 1pm–11pm and 6am–2pm. Work involves regular lifting of heavy materials and standing for extended periods while operating machinery and handling parts. Employees receive a $200 voucher for Red Wing work boots, and appropriate work footwear is expected to support safety and comfort on the production floor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
