Wood is currently recruiting for a Commissioning Supervisor – Process to join the team for an immediate start, supporting commissioning and start-up activities on a major EPCM project for a key client project in Chonburi, Thailand. This role is offered as an initial 12-month contract with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing, longer-term assignment and available for both Thai Nationals / Expatriates.

Reporting to the Head of Commissioning your immediate focus will be supporting the commissioning and start-up activities on a major EPCM project for a key client. You will bring to life Woods three pillar strategy of Inspired Culture, Delivery Excellence and Profitable Growth on the project. Leading by example, you will consistently display and enforce Wood values and behaviours, and commitment to the highest standards of safe and ethical behaviour, to ensure safe, reliable operations and client satisfaction.
You will thrive on the challenge of balancing technical, team, client, and project leadership in this key site-based role with your focus on relationships and delivery, enabling you to anticipate project needs beyond the immediate scope. You will drive technical excellence and assurance on the Commissiong portion while working in close partnership with other disciplines and the client, to enable robust technical decisions that ultimately add value to the client and project.

Expected:
You must hold, or be eligible to obtain, legal working rights in Thailand. If you already have Thai work rights or have a visa or work permit application in progress, we encourage you to apply.
Desirable:
What will set you apart will be your previous experience working in a similar role with proven experience across hydrotreater / hydrocracker refinery projects. Thai language (Basic to Intermediate) advantageous but not essential.
