About this Position

Responsible for executing engineering processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive costs, collaborating with stakeholders to provide professional support and advice, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying current with technical developments and trends in the field.

What you´ll do

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of ten critical machines to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with SQE (Supplier Quality Engineers) and TIE (Team for innovation & efficiency) to support continuous improvement projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly, making informed decisions to minimize production disruption.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Assist in planning maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory management.
  • Support automaton and PLC programming aspects when applicable.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems and machine troubleshooting
  • Understanding of maintenance work processes such as breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or technical drawing tools is an advantage
  • Some experience in leading or supervising a small team is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to communicate effectively in Thai; basic English communication is a plus.
  • Based in Sriracha, Chonburi with 1-year contract (Renewable)
