Position Title: RF Test Technician

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with every other Friday off

Pay Range: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Test Technician to join our electronics manufacturing and testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the performance of RF and electronic assemblies, components, and systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform RF and electronic testing on assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Set up and operate RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic and RF-related issues to the component level.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and test procedures.
  • Record test data and maintain accurate documentation of results.
  • Support engineering teams with product validation, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
  • Assist with calibration verification and maintenance of test equipment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics Technology, RF Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
  • Understanding of RF fundamentals, electronic circuits, and test methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
