As a Studio Integration Engineer, you will be the bridge between design, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams, ensuring that bold styling visions translate into feasible, manufacturable, and high-performance products. From initial concept to product launch, you will balance evolving inputs while validating designs through data, prototypes, and engineering excellence.
What You'll Do
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals with a first-principles approach to problem-solving
Minimum 2 years of experience in a product development environment
Expertise in design for manufacturing, with knowledge of sheet metal, injection molding, and other fabrication processes
Outstanding 3D design and modeling skills—proficiency in CATIA, 3DX, Alias, rendering, sketching, and visualization is a strong advantage
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, with solid project management and coordination skills
A highly collaborative and creative mindset, able to visualize design perspectives and navigate the intersection of studio engineering and automotive styling
Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A big-picture mindset and passion for engineering innovative and sustainable products
What You'll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in robotics integration and packaging, with a focus on full product lifecycle from concept through production
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and a robust first-principles approach
Extensive understanding of design principles supporting functional robotic systems
Knowledge of part manufacturing processes, from circuit boards to large castings, including those relevant to robotics
Outstanding design, packaging, and 3D modeling skills, with CATIA/3DX experience as an advantage
Proven problem-solving, strong communication, and exceptional leadership skills with decision-making abilities

Expected Compensation
$87,020 - $185,820/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
